Digest these podcasts in short (10 minutes max) segments – ideal to squeeze in while you wait for the bus, take a break at work or while you prepare your lunch. It’s a great way to start the day with some focus and inspiration, so I’m going to try and make some time for this in my morning routine, come January. It’s a good one to dip in and out of as not all the topics discussed might be of interest or relative, however, there’s so many, you’ll always be able to find one if you need your daily fix.
Each episode is read by Justin Malik in his calming, pleasant voice. He does talk quite rapidly which is what makes the podcast so efficient and time-conscious. It is more like an audioblog as opposed to an open chat, so no dithering or discussion to sit through. This is the perfect podcast if you’re after a little everyday inspiration, with little research or effort on your part.
